Terms of sale
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices on our website are estimates; your quote confirms the final price, with shipping and GST/HST added. Once you accept your quote we send an invoice, and your order goes to print only after it's paid and you've approved your proof.
Proofs and approval
Every design gets a digital proof before printing. Your order goes to print only after you approve it. Once you approve a proof, that order can't be cancelled or changed.
Cancelling before approval

Minimums
Each design prints as its own run: at least 500 printed pouches or 250 labels per design.
Your artwork and label content
You confirm you have the right to print the artwork you send us. You're responsible for what your pouches and labels say, including ingredients, net quantity, nutrition facts, bilingual text and any claims. We check that files will print well, not that they meet labelling rules.
Design service
File check and fix-up is $95. Pouch design is $495 and includes 2 rounds of changes. Extra rounds are $75 each. Extra flavours on the same layout are $150 each. Colour
Screens vary. Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen and your digital proof.
Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Orders ship with [CARRIER] once printed, and you'll get a tracking link by email. Printing takes [X–X] business days after you approve your proof, and delivery takes [X–X] business days.

Reprints and refunds
If your order doesn't match the proof you approved, or arrives damaged, email us within [X] days with your order number and photos. [YOUR POLICY: reprint, partial refund or full refund.]
We can't reprint or refund for anything that was in the proof you approved, such as spelling, colours you chose, or label content. That's why we ask you to check it carefully.
Privacy
We collect what we need to quote and fill your order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and artwork files. When you send a quote request or a message through this website, it reaches us by email and a copy is kept in a private file on our web server so nothing gets lost. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER], so we never see your full card number.
We share your artwork and shipping address with our print and shipping partners only to make and deliver your order. We don't sell your information. We keep order records for [X] years. To see or delete your information, contact us.
